Summary:
The Urban Assembly Academy of Civic Engagement prepares its students to use knowledge about political and social history to shape the events of the future. ACE scholars learn that involvement in the political process is an obligation for invested community members and central to creating social change.  ACE holds as its core values: commitment, communication, collaboration, and civic responsibility. By living and learning through these values, ACE scholars acquire a perspective that will affect the way they interact and make decisions in the world.
