The Urban Assembly is partnering with the City Teaching Alliance to bring Project CAFE (Classroom Automated Feedback Environment) to teaching fellows across Baltimore, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC during the 2026–27 school year.
Project CAFE is an AI-powered instructional feedback tool that helps teachers receive more frequent, actionable insights about their practice—supporting continuous growth, reflection, and development.
By combining innovative technology with strong coaching relationships, we're helping educators access meaningful feedback that supports both independent reflection and personalized coaching.
We're excited to see what educators, coaches, and fellows learn together over the coming year.
